Didn't trust Staff, Staff forgot I had appointment, waited 60 min, had to reschedule an appointment
I can’t speak for the other providers at this facility, but Dr Coffman is the worst. Avoid him at all costs. -Paper scripts: meaning you have to run to the facility to get your script every time. No electric refills. -Always late: don’t expect to be seen at your scheduled appointment time. -Rushes appointments: possibly related to the fact that he’s always behind, but every single visit he tries to have you in and out in a matter of <5 minutes. I’ve always had a good experience with Dr Coffman.
He talks to my doctors. Coordinates with my neurologist for dosage on my antidepressant. I'm never waiting for more than 5 minutes. Office staff is amazing, scheduling is easy and it's incredibly easy to get ahold of Dr. Coffman. He sets you at ease and cares to chat with you about how you've been doing
Spends2-3 minutes with patient. Doesn't return phone calls even to long time patients.
