Dr Baum was courteous and kind. He answered our questions and reassured us regarding our concerns. He took time showing us the X-rays and explaining them. His experience was valuable.
Horrible. This old man needs to retire. He is rude, condescending and out of touch. Beware of his photo on Find a Doctor UPMC. It has to be at least 30 years old. He refused to speak to my father (the patient) and instead directed all his conversation to me, even though I asked him to acknowledge my father. What a jerk.
This physician needs to retire. He was condescending, unwilling to listen to the concerns of his patient responding with curt answers. He spent 5 minutes or less with me &, in my opinion, behaved in a most rude & arrogant manner. 2nd opinion appointment was made within 10 minutes of leaving office. Disappointed, especially because the office staff was wonderful!
