Dr Arthur was very friendly and down to earth and still professional. He listened to my problems and was able to handle my concerns in one appointment. I do have another concern with my hips that I'm going to follow up with him to take care of shortly. He made me feel very comfortable.
Dr Arthur and his assistant Rachael (and their entire staff) have three times helped me with two right knee replacements (one a knee revision) and a right hip replacement and each time they have been professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable in giving me the relief that I have needed. I trust them with anything and everything they can do to help me get better.!!! They all are AMAZING!!!
Dr. Arthur is very thorough. For my appointment, I had an MRI taken to review the results. OCC has their own MRI machine onsite. Dr. Arthur went over the MRI and discussed the issues in my shoulder in a lot of detail. I was very satisfied with the results and assessment. The whole team over there is excellent and professional, especially Rachel, who is Dr. Arthur’s PA.
Has great bedside manors. Office staff is nice and helpful. Always focuses on positives. I’ve had two surgeries by him and will have a third. All results positive

Dr Arthur is the best orthopedic specialist I have ever had , he is very informative about my health issues gives you all pros and cons of any procedure I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to him his PA Rachel is amazing as well
Dr. Arthur explained my diagnosis in detail and answered all my questions pertaining to possible treatment. He gave me my options, never pushing for surgery which I found refreshing - the decision would be mine. He was personable & pleasant. I will definitely be using him for my treatment.
