I've been a patient of OCC, because the treatment is warm and wonderful. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, thorugh and diligent. Highly recommended.
Dr Arthur helped me understand the source of my pain very well. His personable style and the courtesy of his staff assisted me in the process of multiple x-rays so the he could fully assess my medical needs.
He replaced both of my knees and it has been great. He always listened to my concerns and made sure I understood everything. If you need new knees, he is the best!!!
Dr. Arthur listened to what I was experiencing, ordered tests and got them approved when my insurance had been denying them. He diagnosed and treated an issue I had been dealing with for a long time. He is caring and knowledgeable and is very good at explaining what the issues are and options for treatment.

Dr Arthur is very personable while being extremely knowledgeable and professional. We came up with a plan of action to solve my multiple pains, and he explained my MRI results and why he thinks I'm having so much pain. I have been seeing Dr Arthur for years. He's already performed two arthroscopic knee surgeries, and will soon be performing a knee replacement. I highly recommend him.
