I recently met with Dr. Arthur to discuss the results of the MRI of my left hip. I had a lot of medical questions and he took his time and thoroughly addressed all of my questions in a fashion I could understand. In addition, he explained the surgery that I needed to repair my torn tendon and how he would surgically approach this repair. Jeff Arthur does a wonderful job. He did my first hip replacement and it went very well. He is very personable and interacts with patients extremely well.
I had a terrible fall at home and I was able to get an appointment very easily. I have been a patient of Dr. Arthur for several years and several surgical procedures and I highly recommend him and his staff. Luckily, nothing was broken and Dr. Arthur's hard work wasn't ruined.
I live an hour north of Dr. Arthur’s office and actually was seeing another doctor when my medical need was assessed to be better met by Dr. Arthur. He quickly accepted me and agreed to see me that very same day with only a short wait. He was a great listener and after examining me he thoroughly explained what type of surgery would address my issues and he answered all my questions! His expertise was obvious as was his professional demeanor and kindness! So thankful to have been introduced to Dr. Arthur and his staff!!
I was very impressed with Dr. Arthur, and the staff at OCC. The facility was cleam, and bright. I was able to get my appointment quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and fully understood the results. I was confident I was in the right place.
