Dr. Shiau gave me the wrong eyeglass RX and refused to fix it. He then billed my insurance.
As a nurse that deals with Doctors on a daily basis found Dr. Shiau to be extremely rude and inconsiderate. He has zero patience with children and very condescending when talking to his patients. I do not recommend him at all.
