Initially the experience was good, setting up the appointment was easy and they got me in quickly. However, they added a bunch of fees to the bill that I was unaware of during the exam. I wanted my eyes dilated for the exam but without asking the doctor used the $40 retinol testing. Additionally, the doctor did a “new toric fit” for my astigmatism without mentioning that it would be extra due to having an astigmatism. The price of the contact lenses were way more than I’ve paid in the past. Not going to this place again.
