The doctor was excellent and very thorough. However, the staff were a bit pushy about purchasing glasses in-store, even after I mentioned I order mine online. Unlike other eye clinics, they don’t include your pupillary distance on the prescription, and the retinal imaging is billed separately from the standard exam.
So so so great! My glasses were ready way fast also!
Accurate, comfortable, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I enjoyed my visit. Didn't wait to see the doctor. He spent plenty of time making sure I had the right prescription and everything fit well. His helpers were pleasant and very good at what they do. I am very happy with all of them and my rocking glasses and contacts.
Kim was amazing! She took the time to hear what I was searching for in glasses. She found me ones that were exactly what I asked for and other ones that I could try. She worked with me patiently and professionally. She let me send pictures of the glasses to my husband and my friend to help me make the right choice.
