I can attest that this doctor is professional, knowledge, and helpful. Some of these reviews are not truthful AT ALL. Such as front desk being unprofessional. Makes a difference if you show up to your appt in a timely fashion. and "diagnosis" review helps when all the facts are given correctly not just one side or parts of the story.
These people are terrible the lady at the front desk is unprofessional and nasty and disrespectful and have no consideration for people like us that needs help I will never give them my business at all and they should start considering that PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HOW YOU MAKE THEM FEEL!
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I feel like it’s my responsibility to share what happened to me with this podiatrist, because I almost lost my toe over his complete lack of proper care. I went to him for a swollen toe. That’s it. Swollen, not red-hot, not oozing, not even painful. He immediately said it was osteomyelitis. He claimed the MRI technician was wrong for not listing osteomyelitis in the report and dismissed my concerns when I questioned him. What an awesome team! Dr McKee, Shannon and Hannah are so very professional patient and kind. I met with Dr McKee mid May 2025 he was so very nice and kind I instantly felt at ease and trusted him right away, my foot surgery was scheduled right away June 13,2025. A successful procedure and Shannon is so sweet and helpful with all paperwork and work related issues.
