Miscommunication on services to be performed and her steps in doing it . Cancelled my second appointment an hour before it was scheduled. Her timeline would have had my cleaning done after the second appointment. Told me I was hostile when I was trying to explain my confusion and concerns about the miscommunication when setting up appointments. For someone who has a fear of going to the dentist Dr. Rowland has such patience to help you with your fear. I have been to dentist that have done such damage with me. Thinking I'd never find the strength to get through another appointment again. Dr. Rowland has been so patient with me and has made these appointments so comfortable. So if you're struggling with fear like I was all I can say is i'm glad I made a appointment. Thank you Dr Jeanne Rowland
