Dr. Downie has been my dermatologist since 4th grade. Growing up she treated me for keloid scars, eczema breakouts and sunburn damage. She is very knowledgeable on all skin types. I am 21 years old and recently was injured in a car accident, which I was very to lucky to survive. I received gashes on my forehead from flying glass that were not properly treated at the hospital I was admitted to. I've used Dr. Downie for a few years now. She has always been extremely helpful and thoughtful. I feel that she cares about the patients and is concerned about their well-being. I always recommend her.

I had several cosmetic procedures done. A great doctor, friendly staff. One of the best dermatologists I have ever seen!

I have been a patient of Dr Downie for some time now. She has helped me tremedously with my skin care. The employees in her office have been very couteous and helpful to me. I would recommend her to anyone for their skin care needs.

At first she is very pleasant and helpful.. after years of visiting her I realized she prolongs treatment to keep you coming back and spending money!!!.. trys to sell you treatmeants and products you do NOT need. both her assistants where more helpful then she was.. What I had done once with Jen or Leah helped my situation after years of waiting over an hour to see a money hungry doctor thats more interested in Fame then in her patients. I was so excited to see Dr. Downie becasue of her reputation as someone really skilled with skin of color. What a let down when she spent most of her time with me joking around and talking about herself or other patients instead of paying attention to my skin issues. Worth every dollar, can't imagine receiving treatment from any other dermatologist! Dr. Downie is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and resourceful.

I was looking up Dr.Downie's name to call for an appointment and I was a little surprised to see the bad reviews. I haven't seen her in about 2.5 years but I really liked her when I did and would recommend her to anyone. I understand people's frustration when she is running late but you have to remember that she is running late bc she doesn't rush her work. Dr. Downie and her physician assistants are extremely knowledgeable in their field. I have always had and continue to have a pleasant experience for my appointments. The products she suggests work well and it is clear that Dr. Downie and her team are committed to satisfying her patients, while continuing to keep their best interest in mind. I have been treated by Dr. Downie for the last 6-7 years and am pleased with the service and attention I received from these skilled professionals.
