Out of my 24 years of being a diabetic Dr Nya Nggatchou has been the most successful Dr I’ve had as for as helping me control my diabetes. He went beyond being a Dr, l would also consider him as a friend. Unfortunately he has left the Everett/Optum Clinic. I’m now trying to locate his new practice. I was not able to get this information prior to his departure. If anyone knows , please let me know.
If you are looking for a clinic and a provider who will care for you and what you are going through, run the other direction. Dr. Nay Ngatchou and his staff lack the empathy, professionalism, and attention that is necessary when taking care of patients. If, however, you would like to be treated poorly and with substandard care, this is the place to be.
