First off I have live active termites in my attic/roof with evidence of frass coming from a tiny hole in my ceiling. Dr Jays pest exterminator services are second to none . He came to my townhouse on Sunday July 4th to treat my place due to a invasion of Carpenter Ants and Flying Carpenter Ants as well . Explaining to me the whole time off the three procedures he Was using to combat the problem . His helper was very thorough and cleaned up in every room better then when they arrived . I would recommend Dr Jay to ANYONE who is experiencing any problems due to bugs out pest . His technique is second to none !! **** **********

Dr Jay's service is the best . He came out to my place on a Sunday ( the 4th of July ) and treated my townhouse for Carpenter Ants and Winged Carpenter Ants as well . His technique was very Professional , covering every inch of the inside of my place as well as the outside too .His Assistant was very friendly and thorough as well , cleaning up after herself from room to room , my place was cleaner when they left as it were before they arrived. Dr Jay is the Best ! He came out to my Townhouse on a Sunday ( July 4th ) to be precise and he took care of my bug problems in the most Professional and Timely matter ! My house was earlier in the week invaded by both Carpenter Ants as well as flying Carpenter Ants . His Procedures were very thorough as well as Affective, And His Assistant was even more thorough and Cleaned up after herself as she moved from room to room . I'd Gladly recommend his service to anyone who has an Insect or Pest problem Bar none ***************

Dr. Jay and his family are the absolute BEST! They are so quick, efficient and friendly, it's like an old friend is coming to help you out! They go above and beyond to make sure you know you, and your issues, are taken care of. I would recommend them to family, friends, and everyone else I know, so that says a lot!!!
