Was skeptical with all these 5* reviews. After taking our car in today we expected a bill of at least a few hundred dollars. We were pleasantly surprised with the actual bill, being under $200 and the speed of service was amazing. I can't speak of the workers or owners due to me being unable to talk to them, but my wife said they were amazing down to earth people. They are the real deal! They fix what needs to be fixed, and let's you know about what might need help soon. Could not recommend enough. Thanks guys!!
RAVE!!!! ����� DR Jays Automotive off 192 and Kelley. Amazing people. I'm new to the area and broke as hell with 3 kids and one on the way. My husband started work today and I realized last night I have a high risk Dr apt tomorrow that I couldn't cancel but didn't want to drag my precious cargo into Orlando driving in something that's clunking loudly. Jay and Bev have always been there for me, running the most professional small auto repair business I've seen. They've earned my trust many times, insuring I have the correct and best manufactured part to fix my problem, and at the lowest price available. They keep up on their own professional training too, staying on the leading edge of automotive repair technology for the best customer care possible. I like that in a full service shop.
I have gone to Dr. J' s a few times now and have been VERY satisfied with his work. He is very honest and that is very hard to find anymore!
It was pouring rain , my daughter and her 2 small kids broke down , I called Dr Jay and was immediately told not to worry about a thing, he sent a tow truck, fixed the car and to tell you what kind of heart he and his wife have they delivered the car to my daughter at work so she would not have to get a ride home late at night...They even put a little gas in it because it was low and they wanted to make sure she got home alright. I have always taken my vehicles to Jay and have always been extremely pleased. He does first rate service with excellent customer service. I guess you just can't please everyone.
This guy knows his stuff! Highly Recommend Him! Had him do the front end alignment on my ford f150 and it was like it was new again ! Thank you for the great work !
