DR SHETLIN MADE ME FAULSY SIGN DOCUMENTS EXAGGERATING MY INJURIES FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES. He told me this was the only way to get treatment for my injuries, and when I realized what he was doing, I stopped treatment immediately. After two unhelpful sessions. I see now he only wanted to keep me coming in the office to keep collecting a lot of money. DO NOT COME HERE. Seek a second opinion, and do not sign anything.

What an amazing place, people and chiropractic service you get here. I originally came here for the oxygen chamber and to get an evaluation for my spondylolisthesis. I was depressed, in constant pain, numbness and could not or hardly do daily activities. After 3 months, Dr. Shetlin, Dr. Wooten and staff ( Savanah, Victoria, Dorothy & Stacie ) have helped me to the point where I can do daily activities plus more with much more ease and I am mostly pain free. Grateful for their knowledge, kindness and compassion.

I went in for a really bad back injury that had been bothering me for a few days to the point where I didn't sleep! Great Scott! I was cranky and not fun to be around. But Dr. Rachot had recommended me to go here and it was the best decision ever. I was only treated once and I felt like a million bucks the day after! Dr Shetlin and Dr Wooten are amazing but I have never had so many problems with getting someone to bill my insurance. The receptionist made me pay for everything upfront. At first she told me she couldn’t bill my insurance, even though they are on my preferred provider list. After many calls and a month and a half later I just had my insurance company call and tell them they need to bill it. My insurance company paid the bill and now I’m getting the run around with trying to get reimbursed what I paid upfront. They only have... read more
