Dr. Barnett is a great dermatologist. He’s thorough and very good at diagnosing any issues. I’ve been going to him for years and think the world of him.
Dr. Barnett was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. His staff was also very friendly and efficient.
Abysmal experience. The front desk in Rockville was rude and abrasive. Dr. Barnett was with me for approximately 2.5 minutes, which is clearly not enough time to properly diagnose or answer my questions in a thorough manner. I got one to two word responses and he seemed completely disinterested in me as a patient. I previously had Skin Cancer and had a question about the healing process. Dr. Barnett may have been practicing for a long time, but his arrogance in attempting to diagnose me from across the room, in under 2 minutes, left me with the wrong diagnosis, no prescription, and a horrible rash on my face (he said I had Rosacea, which I didn't have...it was more serious and if left untreated would have spread across my face). If it wasn't for his PA who is fabulous and his office manager, he would be out of business.
I have been seeing Dr. Barnett for cancer screenings twice a year for over 20 years. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always answers all of my questions. The office staff are always nice and efficient.
Dr. Barnett is a brilliant dermatologist and I've been coming to him for years. He is extremely knowledgeable, competent, informative and personable. I'm thankful that I'm under his care!
