They tell you before you leave from your cleaning "if this date doesn't work for you, give us a call and we will reschedule ". I have a flight on the day of my appointment in October and called to reschedule, and they tell me they can't get me in because they schedule three months out. Time to find another dentist.
Dr Lewis and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. While we have moved 2 hours away, we continue to trust Dr Lewis with all our dental care, as they have done for over 15 years.
Dr Lewis has always worked well with my family. He knows what he’s doing and he’s straight forward with you I appreciate that. I’ve never had that perfect smile and always dreaded going to the dentist. He was very patient with me and took extra time and effort this past few months to make sure I would be happy with some dental work I was having done. I’m happy to say I’m very pleased. I took my daughter to get a filling today. I didn't appreciate the attitude of the dental assistant. Her name was Amber. My daughter suffers from TMJ, and it's painful for her to open her mouth wide. When I asked if her jaw was hurting, the assistant rolled her eyes and shook her head. She kept grabbing my daughter's lower jaw to force it open. I will definitely be looking for a different dentist.
Do NOT recommend. I had some health issues arise and had to reschedule several times for children to then be chastised by a bitter older staff member. If you have any health issues come up even cancelling with notice will have a negative disrespectful attitude towards your family. They wanted to refer my oldest out instead of just doing the request of pulling the tooth, neither of their "recommendations" even bothered calling back.
