Dr Jay took his time and asked questions to ensure he understood my situation. He showed he cared by listening to my concerns. His staff was very friendly and professional.

I never wrote a negative review before. I figure that people have a rough day and should not be critical for having a bad day. But I Saw dr Kucera twice. First time for epidurals. Waited 2 1/2 hours while he ate and celebrated with his staff. He did apologize stating he did not know I was here. Me and my wife were sitting there staring at him from across the hall And I was riding in pain but whatever. Second time was for a second opinion 4 years later. Everyone in the office was polite & attentive. Dr. Kuchera was very thorough with my evaluation. He took the time to properly evaluate me. He explained my MRI results & diagnosis, asked questions about my pain,(what makes it worse & better), told me to stop taking OTC meds that harm my organs, asked how I sleep, what caused my pain & how it's changed my life living with it. Received injections yesterday. Jay is just a fantastic Doctor. Personable and very professional. You can easily see he has done this before. Lol. His injections and inter joint injections are as little discomfort as possible. He really is great at getting to the problem, fixing it and moving on. Very impressive Doctor. And just a nice guy!

Dr. Kutchera really cares about not just his patients but people in general. He is pioneering a work to repair some of the damage that has been done to the healthcare system and it’s suffering citizens. I commend Dr. Kutchera and his staff for taking on the challenge of helping people in pain; those of which other health care clinics choose to turn the other cheek on! Came in to discuss getting injections in my Thoracis vertebrae due to pain. After letting the practitioner know that I had fallen the day before Thanksgiving and explaining that my neck "and" back were hurting she immediately recommended that I go for an MRI to check for possible unknown injuries. I feel confident that Resolute Pain in Okeechobee has my best interest at heart.
