Horrible. This place NEVER answers the phone and DONT return messages. The dr was very nice but the receptionist was not nice to me at all. No eye contact when talking to me and sort of rushed me on my way and there was nobody else in the office at the time waiting to be seen.
Doc is great. Very good communicator, very competent and caring and easy to work with. Good location, been seeing him for years.
I’m so glad I came here! The doctor was so nice and explained things so well. He listened to my concerns about what I’m going to owe through my insurance and helped figure out what I should do. Also, I’m overweight right now (trying to work on it) and I always put myself down for it and he quickly stopped my negative talk and educated me on steps I could take to be better about it. Dr. Kenkare and his office are awesome. They really helped me out when I had no idea about getting a sleep study and going through the process. Maribelle and Donna were amazing with walking me through the insurance process and getting me set up with a machine. I can't thank them enough. Maribelle took her time and answered all of my questions. Donna was great with providing me instruction on how to use and maintain my machine.
