I had no pain!!! Nothing! This was my first root canal. Hopefully I won’t need another one but I’ll definitely return if I do and I’ve told people about him and not to worry about pain. I think he enjoys what he’s doing he’s very good. Thanks Dr. McConnell

I was referred to Dr McConnel by my regular dentist, for a root canal on a tooth that had caused issues in infection. He was very gentle and precise in his work, and I felt very comfortable during all visits and procedures. It's been over three years since my procedure, and I never have any problems with that tooth. All the staff were just as professional and good to work with.

The front staff is very helpful. His professional staff couldn’t have been better. What is usually a miserable procedure was absolutely painless and I was done before work even started. Worked all day and felt fine. Now after two Tylenol I’m eating my birthday supper. Would highly recommend Dr. McConnell and his office!

I have had several root canals over the years and just had my first with Dr. McConnell. By far the best experience I have ever had with a root canal. He was phenomenal. I had very little discomfort during and after the procedure. He and his staff are wonderful. He also did a consultation for me with other teeth that my dentist had recommended root canals for. Dr. McConnell spent a lot of time evaluating each tooth and was very honest about which ones did/did not need root canals.

I recently had to have a root canal performed with Dr. McConnell and he and his staff did an amazing job. I had very little discomfort during and after the procedure. I would recommend him to anyone in need of endodontic work.

I was referred to this office by my dentist for a root canal. I showed up and spent a total of 5 minutes with him just for him to tell me he wasn't going to do the work because he didn't feel it was needed. He told me to use toothpaste for sensitive teeth to help the pain. I tried that and my tooth still hurts. Two weeks later I received a bill for $65. I feel like I was lied to and robbed. I think what he did is unethical and he should be ashamed of operating a business like that. Bad ethics.
