Dr. Taunk is very considerate while listening to your symptoms and answers all your questions. He performs a thorough examination. I found it very comforting prior to my procedure, in the surgery room, he talked to me and placed his hand on my arm. It is obvious, to him, you are a person he genuinely cares about helping resolve your health issue(s) not just another number/patient. I have referred my brother and sister-in-law to him and will continue to refer family and friends.
Dr. Taunk is very thorough and not only listens well, but answers any questions I have and provides any explanations I've ever needed from him.
Went for preventive colonoscopy at 50 and everything was explained. No surprises and everything went smoothly.
I am seeing Dr. Taunt for gastritis (Barrett's Esophagus) and laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR). The office is professional and clean and the wait has been under 10 minutes. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Taunk is a very intelligent physician and uses his computer to dictate his patient notes and progress. When I am with him, he is 100% focused on me and my condition. He is very easy to talk to. I feel very comfortable knowing he is handling my care!
Dr. Taunk is a person who does not listen to your problems. He just dictates to his computer and writes and writes without paying attention to you. If you try to ask for something he is rushing and does not listen to your questions. I do not recommend this doctor. How can he help you if he doesn't listen to you?
Has been my doctor for 16 years, Very gentle, kind, concerned, doctor that listens to his patients. Went thru gastro, bowel and liver conditions, being successfully healed of all.
