Dr. Soto and his staff are excellent. As on previous visits, he sat down in his office and spoke with me prior to my exam. (The only doctor I've had do this in years!)
Dr. Soto is not a good doctor. He lies and is insensitive. He put me down. I don't trust him. He and his staff are bullies.
I couldn't trust him and wouldn't recommend him. I was disappointed in his care. His staff was very rude.
Every appointment is rushed. He makes me feel stupid for asking questions. Nothing is fully explained. Just not a good fit for me as a provider. He is the reason I will be leaving this group after delivery. If I wasn't so far along now, I'd leave tomorrow. Every encounter with this doctor leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
My girlfriend had surgery by Dr. Soto. His surgical skill was good, but as a human being, he sorely lacked good bedside manner. His staff viewed my girlfriend as a nuisance, because she had questions after the procedure. When she was able to ask him questions about it, he was mean and cold. He had the attitude, "I'm the doctor. I know what I'm doing. Don't question me." I would never recommend him.

I went in told him what I have been going through was very rude, didn't have any patience at all acted like he knew how a woman felt and literally made me cry!! I went into the hospital that weekend where they found something.. some people do not need to be Doctor's!
Dr. Soto is a very loving and caring GYN. He listens to all of my concerns and gives me good medical advice.
