Ok so I call on Monday get an appointment for Thursday at 11:15 I show up for my appointment and they say my appointment was at 10!!! This is the second time!! I'm angry because I took my child out of school drove an hour they have half of my info missing because of what reason I have no idea because they had all of it before changing systems!!
