Writing this review to express that I had the absolute worst customer service experience while I called to book a first patient appt. Dawn picked up the phone and was completely rude and unprofessional, as I was trying to elaborate the reason of my appt. She shushed me and talked over me, when I politely asked her to please hear me out and not shush me she continued to do so.
