Your expertise is truly appreciated. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Banks for your exceptional expertise and skill in your field.
Dr. Banks performed my aneurysm clipping. He was very kind to me and my family during my stay in the ICU and recovery process. I am grateful Dr. Banks was the doctor who performed my 4-hour surgery and believe that he helped to save my life.
After months of severe pain and an MRI showing a ruptured disk, he berated my husband for being unemployed, basically indicated he was lazy and even criticized our referring doctor for thinking more could be done than PT and “live with it.” Nurse Lisa was super nice but Dr. Banks was absolutely horrible. We are getting a second opinion.
Dr. Banks was very pleasant and listened to my questions and concerns. He performed surgery on me several years ago and now with a new problem, I am returning. I understand that they may be busier this time around, but the staff is wonderful and I trust the treatment entirely
Dr. Banks and his staff are outstanding. I truly believe they saved my life.
Spent time with me over and above. He went over all procedures and spent his time with me until midnight once. He cares more for patients than himself.
I was not happy with Dr Banks!! I felt he just wanted me out of his office. He told me surgery was not an option for me but yet radiation was. Thank goodness I went for a 2nd opinion cause radiation is NOT the route to go. The major side effects was enough to say no. The only good thing that came out of my 10 min appt was he showed me where my tumor is. I'm thankful for my ENT who took over my care so I don't have to deal with this Dr again.
Terrible Dr.. I had went to Jason Banks for a whiplash injury after being rear ended by a semi. My 1st visit I asked for a Neck MRI, which he ordered, however, afterwards his nurse "Tank" refused all my requests for a follow up appointment to go over the MRI! Finally, after many calls, and worsening symptoms, Banks agreed to see me one last time( 7 months later) in which he stated my bulging discs in my neck were just from me being middle age, even though I had no neck pain /problems before wreck! Also another DR had seen th... read more
