I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis, spinal degeneration and a few herniated/prolapse discs, mainly in the S1 and lower lumbar area. Over a 2-year span, I consulted with a few credible health care professionals, ranging from neurosurgeons, PT specialits and chiropractic care.
