Dr Hade has a new policy that if your phone rings while he is in the office with you he will leave and you must reschedule your visit. I am writing to let other patients know. As a mother of three and a professional myself I do not intend to return. I certainly Understand asking your patient if they would turn off their phone as a professional courtesy. It’s another thing entirely to threaten to walk out if their phone goes off. I felt extremely disrespected.
I went to medical school with Dr. Hade over 20 years ago. He has always been kind, hard working and conscientious. Today as my eye doctor, all of this is still true. I had a great experience at his office and will visit again. Thank you!
I have been going to Dr. Hade for a number of years and it is always a pleasant experience. The individuals at the front desk, the medical assistant and Dr. Hade are always very accommodating and I never have to wait long at all! He is very thorough and addresses all of the questions that I have at each visit. Highly recommend!
