I booked a consultation with this company, at this location on a whim and I am SO happy that I did. The MOA I spoke to while booking my appointment was polite and friendly; equally so when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Michael Massie made me feel extremely confident in his knowledge and ability to help me with my hormonal acne. More importantly, he spoke to me as an equal ( as opposed to other doctors I have seen that spoke to me as if I were idiotic or just a pay check.) I have been going to ReNue for a couple of years now, the customer service and the staff are excellent. I hate needles and Shaina is wonderful and always puts me at ease.
