Dr. Rovak is very professional and has a great personality. He takes the time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. His staff is great and you can tell that they think the world of him. He removed a cyst from my finger and he stepped me through exactly what would take place.

First of all, I was extremely happy and relieved to get an appointment the day after my accident and after having been to Urgent Care. At UC, I was told that I'd probably need surgery for my fractured wrist. Upon seeing Dr. Rovak and having X-rays taken, I was told that it was unlikely, as long as I came in regularly for x-rays and appropriate casting, etc. I am now 11 weeks out and told that I am well-healed, with the understanding that pain and achiness can occur up to a year. - very glad!

After experiencing an injury at work that seriously damaged the tip of my ring finger and the nail bed, I was sent to Dr. Rovak for consultation. He and his office staff are just amazing. After being a registered nurse for 20 years, I have a tendency to expect a higher quality medical care than a normal person would know to expect. With Dr. Rovak, I got exactly that. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done and exactly what he was going to do. I give him 5+stars.

9 mos. ago he repaired my trigger finger. I had no further issues with it. A month ago I had wrist pain he diagnosed as tendonitis, didn't assess what movement I could do or where it hurt, but said he would give me a shot and I should see my PCP for arthritis medication even though I don't know if that is my problem and arthritis medication has sever side effects. His shot didn't help, I didn't want to rush into that medication, I went for acupuncture and was cured. He didn't listen to me.

In the past two years, Dr. Rovak has performed two trigger-release (one on each hand), and an emergency surgery repair a deep laceration to my hand. I cannot understate the level of respect, trust, and admiration I have for this surgeon. His friendly demeanor, professional expertise, background knowledge, ingenuity, and even his computer programming skills to create moving models to explain complex medical subjects, makes my every encounter with him a very pleasant one.
