Called the other morning about a dental emergency for my daughter after she had her dental surgery & i am STILL awaiting for a call back!! (ended up going to the ER), & i am still waiting for a follow up call from the day after her surgery that happened on july 25th & its now the August 5th... surgery & everything was perfectly fine at your surgery center, everything else was beyond unprofessional. disappointment with this whole experience.
We arrived at my son’s dentist appointment early. The waiting room was SO LOUD. Snotty children wiping their faces all over everything while sick! The dentist took my son back, did x rays to bill our insurance and then refused to work on his teeth & told us to come back. We go to routine dental appointments every 6 months. He has impeccable teeth and this was such a waste of time. I am now taking him to a dentist who does all the work, even cleanings. I was shocked at this experience all around. Do not recommend. I must say my children have been coming to Doc Bresslers in the Northeast on Geiger Road, since they were very young. This office has been nothing but the most upmost respectable kind, compassionate employees working in the office. Not only do they care about their patients, but they also ease the minds of a parent with updates before, and after visits or procedures. I highly recommend this office. It is absolutely adorable, set up for children. this place is like Disney World in a form of dentistry. They have games they hav... read more
