Dr. Gutt is the best! I had a Septoplasty done by him in October 2025. The procedure has been life changing for me. Before, I consistently struggled with breathing, often having to breathe through my mouth just to get enough air. Since my surgery, I feel like a new person! We waited over 3 weeks for my daughters ENT appointment only to be cancelled 2 hours before appointment time. First opening offered was another 3 weeks out, and it was also cancelled. I work in healthcare and understand emergencies pop up, but we are very disappointed.
As a family who has seen Dr. Gutt for over 12 years, on and off, we have nothing but great things to say about him — as well as Dr. Copeland, whom we’ve seen only when surgery was needed. Both physicians have always provided excellent care and professionalism. However, as of today, we are choosing to move on from this clinic — not because of the doctors, but entirely because of the office staff including the office management.
