As a family who has seen Dr. Gutt for over 12 years, on and off, we have nothing but great things to say about him — as well as Dr. Copeland, whom we’ve seen only when surgery was needed. Both physicians have always provided excellent care and professionalism. However, as of today, we are choosing to move on from this clinic — not because of the doctors, but entirely because of the office staff including the office management. Dr Gutt did my Thyroid surgery and he is awesome. I had no pain and it all went well. I would highly recommend him!!!
If I could leave a zero, I would. Waited 3 weeks for the appt. Pain in the back of my head. Finally got into his office. After 10 minutes a nurse came in to say that Dr. Gutters had looked at my file and determined that I have TMJ. Hr never came in the room. Reminder...the pain is in the back of my head!
Experience. 1 visit, waited 1 hour sitting in room, no questions asked by MA. Doctor comes in with no idea why I’m there. 4 cancelled appointments in all by office d/t doctor cancelling clinic. Overall, doctor is well recommended, unfortunately did not have good experience overall. Office/doctor does not seem to value time of patients.
