Communication was spot on. Explanation of where I am at following surgery was simple and direct. Easily understood.
Dr Thompson replaced a cervical disc for me. He and his team did a great job. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I am so thankful for the compassionate and skilled care I have received from Dr Thompson and his staff. This includes office calls, hospital and surgical care.
Very sympathetic and understanding. He listen to what I had to say and responded with explanations I could understand. Willing to help me with the insurance company too. Referring me to an injection doctor as a first step in hope it works for me.

There was no wait to get in the room. There was some delay before the doc came in. He apologized for the wait.
The entire team was thoughtful and considerate.The Doctor explained everything in great detail and was very kind and gentle in his approach. If I need another injection I hope to have the same team!
