Off to a bad start...I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called again. Office person said they were busy and wanted to put me on hold again. I refused so I made an appointment for next day. I showed up on time. Front desk lady said I had to be there earlier to fill out forms. I told her when I scheduled I was not informed. She checked with dentist and he said I would have to reschedule. I left upset since I had severe tooth pain. Patients waiting did not look happy
I’ve been going to Family Dental (aka Cherry Dental) for a couple of years now. My husband and my 6 year old also. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been beyond friendly and caring. When my daughter had her first dental cleaning she was, of course, very nervous and the doctor and RN were very patient and calm with her and got her participate. The dentist and assistant were great. There is a root canal needing to be done. Due to my situation, I need iv sedation. The office staff, especially the office manager, I believe Annie, was deplorable. They have been reported to due to their lack of professionalism and respect for me. They refused to work with my insurance to get the referral for the work. Now, with my disabilities, I am having to go to another dentist, just to get the referral to a specialist. I would rate a zero if possible. The dentist had a low sense of professionalism and time management. It took us thirty minutes just to even be seen by anybody, only then to be told we would have to wait for awhile longer to see the dentist himself. A root canal needed to be done and he said that the procedure didn't include a cap on the tooth, requiring more money to be spent.
