The office is pathetic, the girl doesn't know anything about insurance , so she didn't gave me an apt because she doesn't know if the take medicare and medicaid.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel this issue needs to be addressed. Dr. Gold is an excellent physician. He is thorough and patient. I had severe plantar fasciitis and a stress fracture, and after 4 visits, an MRI, 2 cortisone injections, and about 6 weeks in a boot, I’m completely healed. However, the reason I’m giving this review 3 stars is because of the billing department’s issues. The billing for the visit on 8/27/24 had to be submitted twice before it was processed. Dr.Jason Gold might have credentials but he is a lousy doctor. He took ten minutes(if that) examining me and didnt even ask basic questions. I’ve never left a review for a doctor, though I have good ones. And, I’ve been waiting months to be absolutely sure I can say this - because I’m still in disbelief - the plantar wart I had on the bottom of my foot for years is GONE thanks to Dr. Jason Gold!!! It was treated many times in many ways before by others, it always came back…and in recent times it actually started getting much worse.
