I had two surgeries performed in 2018 by Dr Murphy. He is a very good surgeon with good bedside manner. His staff is wonderful. Friendly and helpful.

Jason Murphy is one of the finest surgeons in Jackson MS area and goes above and beyond for his patients.
Dr. Murphy sat on my hospital bed Drew me a detail picture of where a mass located in my colon and fully explained the surgery he was going to perform and what would happen afterwards. He and his office still over backwards to take care of me. He is an excellent surgeon with an even better bedside manner. I would like to thank he and his son up from the bottom of my heart. I am a reoccurring patient. A few years ago I was told I had a severe, Hiatal hernia. As well as a few other problems. Dr Murphy removed my gallbladder, performed a Nissan, This was all done laparoscopic.. I have since seen Dr Murphy with follow up procedures and other things. He is a really nice guy. And I really like my care so far.
Terrible bedside manner. Rude, uninterested, and will go out of her way to make you feel like you're wasting her time.
