Dr. Ethington always takes his time to examine and answer all your questions or any concerns. He is professional, kind and smart.
Unfortunately first impressions matter. I had my comprehensive Eye exam yesterday at 3:00. I was called back to the initial exam room at 3:10 for initial tests, and to have eyes dilated for the doc to examine. I was brought to a secondary room to sit for “15-20 min” to let eyes fully dialate. Almost an HOUR later I was called to sit in the doctor’s office, for “a few minutes”.
