My 80 year old mom & I arrived for her 8:20am appointment to find that there were already 50 other people ahead of us, the vast majority of these people being made to wait to be seen are about my mom’s age. It took 4 1/2 hours for her to have this follow up appointment. No one ever told my mom to be prepared for such a long wait. It is unconscionable to treat patients this way, with no food or water and only crappy coffee to drink. If you have an option to go somewhere else, I would highly recommend you do so.
