After being Dr Cooper‘s patient for over 20 years, I felt like a number in his very large practice and not a real person. First, he lied and said he just got the lab results from my biopsy. That is not true. I saw them in the portal five days earlier. Sitting on lab results that told me whether I had cancer or not is unforgivable. His excuse was that he has 200 to 300 lab reports to look at, and he was very tired on Saturday and slept all day. He had referred me to an endocrinologist and was interested to hear all the details of that appointment as well.
I was saddened when my long time dr retired. I found Dr Cooper a year ago and had my 2nd appointment today. Love his bedside manner. I feel like he listens and he answers my questions and explain things. Something I was used to with my previous doctor so the transition has been quite smooth.
