Treated by Dr Chow last year at Care First clinic in Penrith for a ruptured Achilles tendon, looked after me quite well, very caring and explained my options. Admitted for surgery a few days later, operated on by Dr Chow, followed by his strict recovery protocols including a defined physiotherapy regime for the next 16 weeks. After paying hundreds of dollars for an initial consultation, he said he’d send a report to my physiotherapist with his notes and recommendations. It’s now over 3 months later and despite more than half a dozen calls to his receptionist trying to chase it up, I’m still waiting. Unacceptable.
