I have come close to leaving the clinic due to the staff, however Dr Burklow is wonderful and I hate that the front staff makes it a negative experience. No other doctor in town I’d rather go too. After the experience at the new clinic with still having an awful front desk, staff and callbacks an appointments, darn near impossible. My husband and I have decided to go elsewhere very disappointing as we have liked him as a doctor personally, too bad he can't get the staffing to match..
Dr. Burklow is one of the few doctors I have had that truly cares and actually listens to his patient. I would recommend him to anyone! His staff is awesome as well.
The worst front office in Lake Charles. When it comes to people’s health the nurse not returning calls or getting referrals out is unacceptable. When the front desk just has a voicemail and does not return calls , unacceptable. Imperial Health has gotten to large to control quality of service. That being said I really like Dr Burkalow and believe wirh good supporting staff he would excel. ** This was a review of old office
