Dr. Burklow is one of the few doctors I have had that truly cares and actually listens to his patient. I would recommend him to anyone! His staff is awesome as well.
The worst front office in Lake Charles. When it comes to people’s health the nurse not returning calls or getting referrals out is unacceptable. When the front desk just has a voicemail and does not return calls , unacceptable. Imperial Health has gotten to large to control quality of service. That being said I really like Dr Burkalow and believe wirh good supporting staff he would excel. ** This was a review of old office
He is my PCP doctor but i cant get him or his staff to return my phone calls...i need to see a rheumotologist and i have to have a referral from dr.Burklow and he wont give the referral or call me back. its been weeks, He is pleasant at the dr appts. but trying to get this referral has been soo fustrating
