Dr. Bentow is awesome! I had a cyst on my lip and no one would touch it. I was referred to plastic surgeons. Dr Bentow saw it and removed it in the same visit! I almost cried! I was so happy! I really appreciate his matter of fact attitude and getting the job done asap.
1st visit he burned off some horrible warts. 2nd visit a week ago, he cut out a huge cyst in my back in his office that was horribly infected. Didn't feel a thing. His staff is warm and friendly and the doctor has a warm personality, completed his work quickly and efficiently and I didn't feel a thing but a few pricks of the deading needle. Dr Bentow and Ashley are great! Dr Bentow went out of his way and did my procedure today so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. Ashley did a great job with the numbing and making sure I didn’t feel anything. Dr Bentow explained every step of the procedure while he was doing it and always made sure that I was comfortable and did not feel any pain. This was my first interaction with Dr Bentow. I was very impressed at how he listened to my concerns and provided an excellent treatment plan. He is very professional and so is his staff. Great job Dr Bentow.
The office staff is very disorganized in processing referrals. We've had our PCP doctor send a referral three times to the fax number given over the past two weeks. Dr. Bentow's office keeps saying they haven't received anything, and refuses to call the PCP about it. We're getting frustrated, and will need to see a different doctor.
