This was my first interaction with Dr Bentow. I was very impressed at how he listened to my concerns and provided an excellent treatment plan. He is very professional and so is his staff. Great job Dr Bentow.
The office staff is very disorganized in processing referrals. We've had our PCP doctor send a referral three times to the fax number given over the past two weeks. Dr. Bentow's office keeps saying they haven't received anything, and refuses to call the PCP about it. We're getting frustrated, and will need to see a different doctor.
Dr Bentow is amazing and his staff is top notch!! I would recommend him a thousand times as he is so knowledgeable and truly cares..
Unfortunately based on experience, the doctor does not appear to truly care for his patients. He is far too quick, in and out, and it looks like he does this to everyone.
Amazing staff and experience every time we come in! So thankful for Dr. Bentow and his team. We appreciate you all so much!
