Not only did I receive superb dental care as a patient, Dr. Dew and his staff extended warmth and caring to me as a person. And the best part was they made sure I was PAIN-FREE! I live in Indiana and will gladly make the drive to Grand Rapids for all of my dental needs.

Dr Dew and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Not only are they polite and respectful to their patients, but they are also respectful of each other. Any request Dr Dew makes always ends with "please", and when the request is granted, a "thank you." Carlie and Jill are excellent hygienists and Gail is a terrific assistant. Denise and Michelle at the front desk are always friendly and accommodating. The equipment is up to date and clean. The staff uses universal precautions appropriately.

They never left me unattended and they always went the extra mile to make me feel cared for. It was very easy to get an appointment. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The staff was very helpful with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They always return my phone calls quickly & I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
