Let me just say that I ADORE Dr. Javaherian, I think she is an amazing doctor and has an incredible bed side manner. Welcoming and accommodating. I love HER. However, my review is for the front desk staff and whomever answers the phones during regular business hours. Just this year I was given an appointment in Simi Valley at a date and time that no doctors were in clinic. I had a great experience with Dr. Javaherian and the team. Everyone was kind, professional, and very caring. The doctor listened carefully and made me feel comfortable and respected. I truly appreciate the quality of care and highly recommend this office.
Dr. Jasmin Javaherian is amazing. She genuinely listens, takes her time, and makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for. I never feel rushed, and she always explains things clearly. You can tell she truly cares about her patients, not just the appointment. One thing that stood out to me was her prior authorization. team. They work efficiently and go above and beyond in getting my medication’s covered for my condition’s. I’m very grateful to have found her and highly recommend her.
