If I could give the office staff zero stars, I would. I have been seeing doctors and specialists throughout the Los Angeles area for more than seven years, and I can honestly say that Dr. Javaherian’s office is the only one that consistently fails to provide basic appointment reminders or notifications. Every other medical office I have dealt with either calls, texts, or emails patients to confirm appointment dates, times, and locations. This office does not. Dr. Jasmin Jahaverian is professional, compassionate, and truly listens to her patients. It was such a refreshing experience to feel heard and to have a doctor take prompt, thoughtful action toward my care! She restored my trust in the medical field. Her staff is equally attentive and provides excellent service. I highly recommend Dr. Jahaverian to anyone looking for a proactive, communicative, and genuinely caring physician 🌷
Let me just say that I ADORE Dr. Javaherian, I think she is an amazing doctor and has an incredible bed side manner. Welcoming and accommodating. I love HER. However, my review is for the front desk staff and whomever answers the phones during regular business hours. Just this year I was given an appointment in Simi Valley at a date and time that no doctors were in clinic. I had a great experience with Dr. Javaherian and the team. Everyone was kind, professional, and very caring. The doctor listened carefully and made me feel comfortable and respected. I truly appreciate the quality of care and highly recommend this office.
