I am extremely frustrated with the way this doctor’s office manages its patients. Waiting over two hours for an appointment has become unacceptable, especially when this is not an isolated incident but something that has been going on for months. The office appears to schedule far too many patients and then expects everyone to simply sit and wait while the staff struggles to keep up with the pace. Patients’ time matters too.
