Dr. Rangi recently performed a colonoscopy on me. The entire team was excellent, caring and professional. The care I received from start to finish was high quality. The procedure went well and the medical professionals who cared for me went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the procedure.
Dr. Rangi is one of the best. He has handled all my endoscopys and colonoscopys. He is patient, thorough and answers all my questions. He also found my cancer, which I am now 6 years clean of. Thank you Dr. Rangi!
Horrible customer service! I was considered an emergency patient. I waited over 6 months. Constantly rescheduled! You can NEVER get ahold of anyone or get a call back! Was told less than 24 hours I needed to bring in almost 2k! Had I known this, I would have found someone else, or found the money. Nurse is very kind. The rest of the staff is rude and incompetent. They couldn’t even find my last appointment at first.
Medical scheduler, Michelle, should recharge her attitude and pay closer attention to what she is emailing.
Dr. Rangi's surgery coordinator is extremely rude and unprofessional. We are patients and paying for the service we receive. We at least deserve some humility and kindness. Dr Rangi seems to be a nice and caring doctor though.
