After several years as patients we are leaving. Kacee is the only positive one I have to say anything about. The last two times I have received new lenses - they were horrible. I had to get them fixed. This past visit I returned both the frames and lenses. When I went to pick them up they informed me they made an error in 2018 with my past prescription eyeglass purchase and wanted me to pay for it and would not be issuing me any refund for my recent frame return. I had a recent eye appointment win Dr. Partridge. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my vision. I liked the Optomap which allowed me to see a 3D image of the back of my eye and allowed me to have a full exam without having to have my eyes dilated. The staff was friendly and helpful and worked hard to get a frame for me that was recently discontinued. Best of all, I was able to maximize my insurance benefits and allow me to feel like I got great service without feeli
