After several years as patients we are leaving. Kacee is the only positive one I have to say anything about. The last two times I have received new lenses - they were horrible. I had to get them fixed. This past visit I returned both the frames and lenses. When I went to pick them up they informed me they made an error in 2018 with my past prescription eyeglass purchase and wanted me to pay for it and would not be issuing me any refund for my recent frame return.
