Dr. Poplin and his team have helped both of our kids. He is knowledgeable and skilled with kids. His billing department could use some improvement but still, we highly recommend him.
I do not recommend this office. I went for tongue tie for my son. The insurance told me it’s a covered service but the office refused to send the claim to the insurance. Well I even would have paid out of pocket but they canceld the appointment one week before the surgery. My son did myofunctional therapy for many month working towards the surgery and he was ready for it and then they just canceled the appointment saying the insurance doesn’t cover the service even though I had a written agreement from the insurance that the... read more
