I paid for my son’s inserts for his flat feet back in July 2023. It is 12/26/23 and I’m still waiting for his inserts. The first excuse was that they never ordered them. The second excuse was that it would take 6 weeks for them to arrive and I would be called when they were ready for pickup. Now I can’t get them to return a call or message despite the 24 to 48 hour promise of a returned call. I feel robbed. The least they could do is call me back and lie again. Still waiting…..

Dr. Levine is very thorough and her diagnosis and explanations are very clear and able to understand. The treatments and meds worked in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Levine is a wondrous medical professional whom listens to you, and give you all good and bad of what you can face depending on your case. She has wonderful communication, will and skill to correct your podiatry needs. I am a patient from Louisiana, and I’m still a patient traveling to the Texas office.

My little granddaughter, who was once able to run, jump, skip, is now a cripple with her little feet turned inward and affecting her tibia. What once was a simple case of being flat-footed, this doctor performed surgery on her ankles, and now, she is facing corrective surgery with possible breaking of her tibia at TCH. Never allow this surgery to be performed by this doctor.

Dr. Japera Levine is amazing! She allowed me to ask all my questions and explain my situation while she listened tentatively. Explaining my X-ray and explaining how my situation occurred was definitely helpful. I appreciate Dr. Japera’s staff for being so patient with me as well! I’d definitely recommend Dr. Japera Levine 💕

Dr. Japera Levine is honest, she is confident, professional and her bed-side manner is comforting. Her team is friendly, patient and very accommodating. She researches, prepares and perfects her thoughts before her plan of action is formed, so her end result is successful. My surgery was flawless. She even made sure I understood the best options for recovery so that my after surgery success was guaranteed if I listened to her recommendations. During this quarantine I developed an ingrown toenail. It was painful to wear shoes and walk. I wear steel toed boots and am on my feet a lot at work plus I run a lot in my spare time so I knew I needed some relief soon. I first seen Dr. Levine about 3 years ago with needing Achilles tendon resection surgery, and she was amazing. I love everything from her bed side manner to her staff. They keep you very informed along with making sure that you have everything you need. I will continue to recommend Dr. Levine and her staff.
