Michelle is not personable. She does not care or listen to concerns. She also is rude and argumentative when asked things she doesn't know the answer to. She seems to get angry when asked questions. I tried to ask about something and she rolled her eyes. It's a waste of time to see this nurse...
Dr.Thompson was very kind and understanding. I liked that she told me what was happening during the procedure and if I hurt, she would stop or add more lidocaine. I would highly recommend her and the supporting staff.
