I went in just to get a physical and have a school form filled out. This is something that is supposed to be fully covered by insurance — my previous doctor always did it without any copay. I am extremely disappointed with this doctor’s attitude. Getting a referral to another specialist is almost impossible — every time I have to practically beg for it. When I complained about severe back pain, I was told that it’s “because of heavy immigrant work” and that I should “rest more and drink tea.” I was also told that “all of us immigrants go through this,” as if my health concerns are something insignificant that don’t require proper attention. She does not listen to you .The first thing a good doctor must do.Then She makes referrals difficult to obtain.like if She would be paying for the referrals
I've probably never seen a worse doctor in my life. She refused to order tests, saying that I didn't need to get tested so often, even though I only wanted to get tested once a year. No matter what I complained about, she would say it was nonsense, that I just needed to drink water, and that I was fine, even though I was feeling very unwell.
