I've probably never seen a worse doctor in my life. She refused to order tests, saying that I didn't need to get tested so often, even though I only wanted to get tested once a year. No matter what I complained about, she would say it was nonsense, that I just needed to drink water, and that I was fine, even though I was feeling very unwell. I switched Primary Dr to Dr Ohannasian despite the previous reviews. At the beginning she seemed like a sweet Dr until I questioned her referral for an X-Ray instead of an MRI for sciatica pain. She went on a whole power trip stating that I was questioning her intelligence and her previous medical education. That’s all it took to see her true colors. I immediately reported her and changed Drs, save your time and peace.

This morning I had an awful first-time experience at this clinic due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. When I called to schedule an appointment for my fiancé, she was abrasive, short-tempered, and even yelled at me instead of providing helpful assistance.What made the experience even more frustrating was that when I calmly confronted her about her attitude, she didn’t even apologize just continued being dismissive. I went to the ER and they told me I need to see a cardiologist for an incidental finding on an EKG they did. I went to my primary doctor for the referral and she refused to give me the referral to the cardiologist and physically rolled her eyes at me when I insisted I needed to see a specialist. I left her office in tears simply because I was scared something would happen to me as I desperately needed to see a heart specialist to find out what was wrong with me & she flat out refused me access to it.
