Excellent service, knowledgable and took the time to make it painless and explained every step. Very caring.
My surgery went very well.
Left several voicemails and portal messages. Zero response even though it is an2 day call back. Out of meds that are extremely necessary. No response for appointment or refills.
Made an appointment for an urgent issue, which was scheduled a month later. That appointment was rescheduled for an additional 2 weeks, which was than subsequently rescheduled another 2 weeks. RUN!
Staff is great. However, nonresponse to numerous voicemails and emails via patient portal regarding pap results. I have been out of needed meds and no response. Also was sent for additional tests to rule out ovarian cancer. I only saw results in my Radiology Regional portal. Zero contact from DR. Extremely disappointed.
Very unprofessional! Regret going there and wasting time, haven’t heard from her or the office for over a month 1/2 ! left several messages and didn’t care about the pain I was in to call back, had to go out of my way and visit the office to get my paperwork, I’m going to another real doctor who cares about patients!
Dr. Young spent an hour with me going over all of my questions and was very professional.
Very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, kind and listened! Friendly and welcoming staff.
Dr. Young has helped me tremendously. She has been patient and gentle with helping me get the diagnosis I have been looking for. She just did my surgery and I honestly was expecting to feel much worse than what I’m feeling. Gina has also been amazing! She is pretty good at getting back with you and getting you the information you need. Thank you ladies! You really have no clue how much it helps to have two amazing women helping women like me.
